(mandatory for those applicants who had undertaken CCA assignment in the past/ or who are presently working as CCA)

DECLARATION

  • We confirm that the details/information furnished above are/is true and correct. In case any detail furnished is found incorrect later on, the Bank has right to terminate the assignment,without giving any prior notice.
  • We shall undertake to maintain secrecy of the Banking transactions /Accounts as per Banking Regulation Act.
  • I/We shall submit followings: Print of Online application with passport size photograph pasted thereon.
 
 

The following criteria should be adopted while selecting a firm for concurrent audit assignments:

  • He must have served the bank in the scale II & above with more than 10 years branch experience or worked in HO. Inspection Dept./ Zonal Inspectorate/ Inspection Cell at Zonal Office/ HO. Vigilance Dept. for a minimum period of 2 years.
  • He should have right kind of expertise in the required area of audit
  • His tenure will be of 1 year with a provision to renew the tenure further for two years (overall THREE years) after which auditor could be shifted to another business unit subject to satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of the bank and may be allotted maximum 1 (one)branch/office.
  • He should have to visit the audit unit on daily basis and has to attend branch/office for at least 14 days in a calendar month
  • The remuneration will be at par with that of approved Chartered Accountant firms
  • His performance will be reviewed on half yearly basis and the assignment can be terminated at any point of time at the discretion of the bank.
  • The Retired Officer who was awarded minor/major penalties, Court/CBI proceeding were initiated or convicted, shall not be eligible. Further, any officer who took Voluntary Retirement from Bank on or before 31.03.2008 shall also not be eligible unless he is working as CCA in our Bank.
  • He should be allowed to work up to the age of 65 years
  • All New advances/ amendments are to be checked with the TIPS menu in Finacle.
    • The applicant is mandatorily required to submit the followings through speed-post/courier. Please note that scan copies sent through mail are not acceptable & may result into cancellation:
